I have wrote some articles for this devotional companion and am glad that
it has been published. It is pretty and I hope that it will help others.
I have been asked by a Christian organization to help in re-designing its
website, which is originally designed by me. I plan to finish it within one
to two months.
Very busy month: I have started to teach the LTS evening school (and I decide
to re-write the notes), and have been teaching three Greek classes in different
paces and levels.
I hope my study will end as soon as possible. Besides, a significant decision
must be made very soon.
11.6.2003 ---Tears
have not yet been dried. Heart is broken again.
My father-in-law passed away on the morning (around 6:15 a.m.) of
June 4. Wet Gangrene right foot and pneumonia (not SARS)
are the main causes which are complications caused by Diabetes Mellitus. He
is over 80+ and has been hospitalized for more than one month.
President Emeritus of LTS, Dr. Andrew K. H. Hsiao, passed away on the evening
of May 25, 2003, in Hong Kong, apparently
from a heart attack. He was 77 years old. A Memorial Service was held
at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2003, at Truth Lutheran Church on Waterloo
Road in Kowloon.

I have set up a webpage (19 April 2003 ) on SARS:
Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome: It contains most of the up-to-date
information on SARS. It contains information from all over the world. It covers
newsupdate, general information, forum and even the medical journals. It is
comprehensive and updated. The webmaster role of God's
Glory Ministry is finally handed over to others and today I have had a
meal with Gloria Mok who is in charge of this ministry. It is a joyful fellowship.

Life goes on, but my feeling
is "C'est la vie." (Direct translation: This is Life; but for me,
it means "Life is like that." My French may have been "lost"
for decades, so it is ...) Of course, many times in ....
Besides, the webpage has less
and less storage now, so I am looking for a new FREE web hosting with LARGER
storage.
Teaching Greek is a challenging,
but enjoyable experience. I gradually feel that the students who learn this
language will eventually gain joy in reading the Bible in Greek and help their
ability in learning language. It will help them to master English and other
Indo-European languages.
我現在正在學習Java(與太太一同學):
這種語言的支援不好, 我打算分享一些學習的難處. 好在我以前也學過寫程式; 但object-orientated language is a new
breed (Java is about 5 years old only!) 寫是不難，但要有時間重新學習它的syntax, 用字和新的方法，例如inheritance.
因為我未學過C, 所以I don't familiar with portable languages (though I know its theory).
Java does not have complex syntax, but I don't have time to read books on
it. I have started to read five Java books, and download some others in the
internet. Besides, I have seen the tutorials in some of the teaching sites.
They are good. I will list them on a new site later.
My site is running out of memory storage. I plan to diversifty some of my
material to a new site. But it takes time!

Father's Day! I enjoy table fellowship with my siblings and father in a restaurant.
It is just very enjoyable.A new webpage for the new ministy of Sunrise
Ministry: God's Glory
Ministry, is finally done. Then I will concentrate my effort on translating
the book on spirituality. The two other helpers: Malanie and Mabel are doing
well too. I hope we can finish it on time. After that, I will help my brother
to build his site: Kwok Wah Motors.

back from a trip to Seoul, Korea. I have visited the Yoido
Full Gospel Church and its prayer mountain. New page on that trip will be
added as soon as possible.

Besides
more Korean trip tips will be given. I have planned to start a brand new ministry
soon; but the limitations on its development must be overcome before it flourishes:
Manpower, finance, leadership, detailed plans, most important: spiritual powers!
Both of my sisters plan
to start a business; please pray that their business run well and their family
members be blessed.
My health improves and
fitness program works well.
